The Reasons for Permission to Marry Ahlul Kitāb Women in the View of Sayyid Sabiq

Marrying women from the people of Book (ahlul kitāb) is a matter dispute amongMuslim scholars, some allow it and forbid it. Sayyid Sabiq among scholars who allows Muslim men to marry People under strict requirements avoid harm negative impacts that will occur if marriage carried out. This paper discusses law marrying ahlul kitāb (the Book)and analyzes perspective Sabiq.
